Haiyue Sheng Lighting has earned three ISO system certifications, achieving quality control that meets international advanced standards.

Haiyue Sheng Lighting recently officially received ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification certificates from an internationally recognized accreditation body, making it one of the few small- and medium-sized lighting enterprises in Zhongshan City to simultaneously achieve all three system certifications. The certification audit lasted for three months, during which the auditing team conducted a comprehensive evaluation through on-site inspections, process tracing, data verification, and other multi-dimensional assessments, ultimately giving high praise to the company’s end-to-end quality control system.
In the production workshop, from spectral inspections conducted upon the arrival of raw materials like Taiwan-based wafer chips, to AOI automated optical inspections during the chip-mounting stage, and finally to 72-hour aging tests performed before products leave the factory—these 18 rigorous quality-control steps form a closed-loop management system. As a result, the defect rate for lighting products is consistently kept below 0.3%, significantly lower than the industry average of 1.5%.
“Our company has invested over 500,000 yuan to build a digitalized quality-control platform, enabling full traceability of production data for each batch. This ensures that if any issue arises, we can pinpoint the root cause within just one hour,” explained Zhang Lei, Director of Quality.
Tang Jianhai added that securing these three certifications has laid a solid foundation for the company to tap into the high-end markets of Europe and North America. Currently, the company has already initiated the application process for German GS certification and U.S. FCC certification, with plans to enter Western European supermarket distribution channels within the year.
