As a representative enterprise in Zhongshan City’s LED lighting industry, Haiyuesheng Lighting has been invited to participate in the development of the group standard "Technical Specifications for Intelligent Photovoltaic Lighting," organized by the Guangdong Provincial Lighting Electrical Appliance Association. Together with industry leaders such as Opple and NVC, the company is jointly building a cutting-edge technological framework. At the standards workshop, the company’s proposal for "integrated design of photovoltaic modules and luminaires" was incorporated into the standard guidelines, thanks to its thoughtful balance of practicality and innovation.
The design solution optimizes the structural layout by integrating photovoltaic panels, energy storage batteries, and LED light sources into a single, compact module. This not only reduces the product’s volume by 30% but also simplifies installation and lowers maintenance costs. "Traditional solar streetlights feature separate installations for PV panels and lighting fixtures, requiring individual mounting brackets—resulting in lengthy construction periods and higher costs. The integrated design effectively addresses these pain points," explained Tang Jianhai. Moreover, the standard incorporates technical parameters such as the company’s proprietary “intelligent dimming algorithm” and “battery life early-warning system,” filling a critical gap in China’s smart photovoltaic lighting sector. Participating in the development of this standard has not only enhanced the company’s influence within the industry but also provided essential qualifications that facilitate product entry into government procurement programs and large-scale project bidding initiatives.
