Haiyue Sheng Lighting's independently developed LED purification lamp recently passed the YY 0033-2000 cleanliness standard certification for medical devices, making it one of the few enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region equipped with medical-grade lighting production qualifications. The product features a 304 stainless steel body and an antibacterial acrylic lampshade, achieving a 99% antibacterial rate through a specialized coating process. It can effectively eliminate more than 90% of airborne bacteria, while delivering a luminous efficacy of 145 lm/W—50% more energy-efficient than traditional medical lighting.
During product testing, the illuminance uniformity reached 0.85, with no glare or flicker, perfectly meeting the lighting requirements of specialized areas such as operating rooms, ICUs, and sterile wards. The product boasts a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours, significantly reducing replacement costs for medical institutions.
Currently, this product has been successfully included in the procurement lists of three Grade-III hospitals, including the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, and Shenzhen Third People's Hospital. The first batch of 1,000 units has already been delivered and installed.
"Looking ahead, we’re also launching customized versions tailored for industrial clean environments like pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and food processing plants," said Liu Min, Sales Director. "We anticipate that the annual sales revenue from our professional purification lighting solutions will surpass 5 million yuan."
